I just recently completed a 5 day Prolon Fasting mimic diet. This was a good experience and very doable. Was not hungry but experienced results of weight loss and I know I went thru serious ketosis due to multiple days of BAD ketosis breath. Prolon makes fasting doable. I plan on doing it a couple of times a year for the benefits of autophagy (getting rid of bad old cells).”
